On the 10 October, we will be adding the new 'Segment 2' field to our transactional survey reports and displays.

This is the second of four releases, as described here:

The linked article describes the changes in detail. In summary:

1. A 'Segment 2' column has been added to all PDF and CSV transactional survey reports. To accomodate this, the layout of the PDF report has been tweaked.

2. The send-test-survey function has been deprecated. Its functionality has been incorporated into the collect-feedback function.

3. A &sgid2= parameter has been added to the feedback, survey-responses-nps, and nps-gauge functions,

We are not expecting any downtime or impact.
