We were/are not expecting any impact on your surveys. If you experience any unexpected changes or issues with your surveys, please notify us at support@cio-pulse.com so that we can investigate.
This hazard warning applies to the Compliments, Complaints & Suggestions form, Project/Relationship surveys, and to the Transactional survey (for tickets) where you are not already using our new in-house survey engine. If your transactional survey URL begins https://survey.cio-pulse.com/?tc=ts you are using our new in-house survey engine and your transactional survey could not have been impacted.

Typeform, the provider of our legacy survey engine, is doing a major update to their platform between 00:00, Tuesday 17 August and 06:00, Wednesday 18 August, AEST.
Typeform have told us that there will be no impact, but we are issuing this hazard warning in case there are any unexpected changes or an outage.
If you experience any unexpected changes or an outage to your surveys during or after this time, please notify us at support@cio-pulse.com.
