On Monday 11th October between 16:30 and 17:30 AEDT, Typeform, the provider of our legacy survey platform, will be performing maintenance to upgrade their databases.
For a period of no more than 5 minutes during the change window, users will see an error when submitting a survey.
This will not impact transactional (ticket) surveys for clients who came on board after June 2021, or clients who have already migrated to our new survey engine.
